This pen minimizes immuno-staining procedures, allowing application directly onto a wet glass slide, saving time.No more extra time spent preparing and drying slides. It enables more accurate and firm adhesion to glass slide. The pen is resistant to 120 deg C.
ready-to-use hydrophobic barrier pens
PAP Pens are used for immunohistochemical applications. The hydrophobic properties allow the user to draw barriers on the slide, in any pattern, to confine the flow of reagents to a defined area. A minimum of valuable antiserum will be used. Marking can be removed with Xylene.
